A skid mounted rig with hydraulic top drive rotary head cap able of drilling in all kind of formation with air / foam / mud with the following capacity: -DTHDrilling : 4.5" to 6" up to 600mtr Rotary Drilling: 8” to 10" up to 600 mtr (by reaming method)However, the drilling depth capacities indicated are subjected to favorable site condition and capacity of compressor.

The rig unit is mounted with oil tank, water tank, PTO g ear box, Mast and other required tools as a skid platform.

The hydraulic system driven by a Suitable deck Engine through PTO gear box and this consists of the hydraulic reservoir, pumps, motors , valves, cylinders, jacks,filters hoses and hydraulic oil cooler for increasing life of the hydraulic components. The hydraulic reservoir capacity is 800 liters.The hydraulic system actuates the twin motor rotary head, the feed system, leveling jacks, mast raising cylinders and break out wrench.

Sturdy structural steel construction incorporates hydraulic control panel mast raising cylinder, control panel for the hydraulic systems and drill stand.

Hydraulic Motor driven rotary head drive is fitted with internal gears to give maximum torque an d minimum RPM. Main spindle of the rotary head drive is dynamically balanced to ensure vibration less operation.

Made from MS 'C' channel this is hydraulically moveable. High alloy electrode welded to get maximum strength. Length of mast is 2 7' with 14" ID of guide table which is suitable for 20' casing pipe. The mast is raised and lowered by two heavy mast rising cylinder (140mm x 90mm). The gross lo ad capacity of the mast is 70,000 kgs.

The feed system shall be actuated through two hydraulic cylinders and rope revving system of 1:3 ratio. Rapid and slow speed with micro feed arrangement shall be provided with suitable regulating valve.

4 Nos. hydraulic leveling jacks (140 x 90 x 780 mm) provided for quick setting and leveling with heavy duty telescopic guides and locking check valves for safety with adequate e capacity to withstand load.

Hydraulic o perated break out wrench (100mm x 63mm) is provided for fast breaking of rod joints.

A positive acting line lubricator is provided for injecting oil in the compressed air system complete with oil reservoir for lubricating the working of pneumatic tools
